How NEXIE Institute collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.
NEXIE collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to a submitted enquiry. Pathway exploration and access to available Payhip learning do not require completion of the NEXIE enquiry form.
The short enquiry form collects a name, email address, organisation where applicable, pathway of interest, an optional state or region, a brief enquiry and consent to receive a response. The public form must not be used for diagnoses, trauma histories, disability details, information about a child or other sensitive developmental information.
Enquiry information is stored securely and used to review the request and provide an appropriate response. It is not required merely to browse pathways or visit the NEXIE Payhip store.
Payhip manages available product purchases, customer accounts, downloads and course access under its own terms and privacy arrangements. The NEXIE website and its secure database are provided through the website platform and hosting services needed to operate this site.
Enquiry records are retained only for legitimate communication, administration and governance purposes. You may contact NEXIE to request access to or correction of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
If you have a privacy question or concern, use the short enquiry form and select Access question. Do not include sensitive information in the form. NEXIE will use the contact details provided only to respond and manage the enquiry appropriately.
